The Mental Health Era: Neptune Transits into Pisces (2022-2037)

As we move forward from 2022, we are entering an era where mental health will be at the forefront of societal issues. This shift is heavily influenced by Neptune transiting into Pisces, a period that will last from April 18th, 2022, to September 11th, 2022, and then from February 19th, 2023, to February 5th, 2037. Understanding this transit and its implications can help us prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

My Analysis:

We are on the cusp of a mental health awareness era from 2022-2037. PLEASE get in the habit of checking in with your loved ones, ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE SINGERS, RAPPERS, ACTORS, COMEDIANS, DANCERS, INCARCERATED, or anything related to Pisces.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but 2023 will NOT be kind to us. We will have some internal battles to get through, unfortunately. Neptune will re-enter Pisces on February 19th, 2023. We are going from Neptune in Aquarius (detached emotions) to Neptune in Pisces (hypersensitivity).

Neptune in Pisces: A Time of Heightened Sensitivity

Neptune, the planet of dreams, illusions, and spirituality, rules Pisces, making this transit particularly potent. When Neptune is in Pisces, we experience heightened sensitivity, empathy, and a deep connection to our inner worlds. This period can bring about great creativity and spiritual growth, but it also opens the door to emotional and psychological vulnerabilities.

During Neptune’s transit in Pisces, we can expect to see an increase in issues related to mental health, such as depression, loneliness, drug and alcohol abuse, overdoses, self-harm, and self-sabotage. The themes of escapism and avoiding reality will be strong, and it’s crucial to stay grounded and connected to supportive communities.

The Importance of Mental Health Awareness

With the new age will come an increase in depression, loneliness, drug and alcohol abuse, overdoses, self-harm, self-sabotage, abuse, and everything else related to Neptune/Pisces.

This era will require us to be more compassionate and supportive of one another. It’s essential to check in on our loved ones regularly, especially those in vulnerable positions, such as singers, rappers, actors, comedians, dancers, and incarcerated individuals. These professions and situations are deeply connected to the energy of Pisces and are likely to be significantly impacted by this transit.

Examples of Neptune in Pisces Influence

Neptune was in Pisces from April 18th, 2022, until September 11th, 2022. During this time, we saw heightened emotional reactions and public displays of sensitivity. One notable example is Will Smith’s incident at the Oscars, where he slapped Chris Rock. This event reflects the intense emotional energy of Neptune in Pisces and serves as a reminder of the volatility we may experience during this transit.

Preparing for the Era of Mental Health Awareness

To navigate this challenging period, it’s crucial to develop healthy coping mechanisms and support systems. Here are some strategies to help you and your loved ones:

  1. Check-in Regularly: Make it a habit to reach out to friends and family, especially those who may be struggling.
  2. Practice Mindfulness: Engage in mindfulness practices such as meditation, yoga, or journaling to stay grounded.
  3. Seek Professional Help: Don’t hesitate to seek therapy or counseling if you or someone you know is experiencing mental health issues.
  4. Create a Support Network: Build a community of trusted individuals who can offer support and understanding.
  5. Promote Healthy Habits: Encourage healthy lifestyle choices, such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and adequate sleep.

Conclusion

Neptune’s transit into Pisces marks a significant shift in our collective focus towards mental health and emotional well-being. As we navigate this era, it’s essential to stay connected, compassionate, and proactive in addressing mental health challenges. By understanding the astrological influences at play, we can better prepare for the emotional and psychological hurdles ahead and support one another through this transformative period.

I almost didn’t want to post this because it’s so depressing and ominous, but I realize I must. Everyone’s New Year’s resolution must be to FOCUS ON MENTAL HEALTH; you absolutely must. You’ll understand what I mean come April 2022. This pandemic is not going anywhere, anytime soon (until 2040). I won’t even speak on 2023 because we have to get through 2022 first. Remember, we are all in this together and we have got to get through this together.

On a brighter note, at least we will witness the best music, movies, and TV shows in a very long time. Neptune has been in Aquarius since 2008 and will be coming home to its own sign of Pisces as of April 18th, 2022. What a time it will be to be alive during Neptune’s Homecoming in Pisces. I can’t wait!
